Let’s take a look at some various things going on through-out the Disneyland Resort from the latest Disneyland Resort Update on DisneyGeek:

A new banner up at the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure

One of the counters & some seating at the Bengal Barbecue are behind walls

Apparently this is new wood for the Pacific Wharf Bridge

One of the shop windows in Downtown Disney now displays Disney’s Fairytale Weddings

It’s Tough to be a Bug is closed until May 23rd

And Corn Dog Castle is closed until May 22nd

Finally, it seems the Carnation Cafe restrooms are getting some work done

I just got back from 2 wonderful days at the Disneyland Resort! Let’s get straight to the pictures:

A new Kodak sign up on the Honey, I Shrunk the Audience entrance marque

The new Tinkertoy in the Pixar Play Parade

A wall up by Grizzly River Run. As reported earlier this week, the attraction is still open

The new emergency bridge from DCA to the Grand Californian

The Toontown room in the World of Disney store

A construction wall up by the Tomorrowland Terrace

The new Disneyland map front, that debuted today…

… And the DCA one

Today was the first day in this year’s California Food & Wine Festival

The Festival Welcome Center

Let’s take a look at the Festival Guide Booklet…

This year is the 3rd annual California Food & Wine Festival

A special restaurant has been set up in Pacific Wharf just for the Food & Wine Festival, in place of the old Lucky Fortune Cookery

The place to get Food & Wine merchandise. I got the pin!

The menu for this special restaurant, The Taste of California Marketplace

Construction on the ODV structures outside Toy Story Mania

The fountain outside of King Triton’s Carousel is working for once!

The sign for Seasons of the Vine has finally been removed. Weird how the attraction closed just as the Food & Wine Festival started

A new sign for the Year of a Million Dreams on the security tents

This could be DCA’s temporary entrance

Just to give you an idea where it actually is

Stay tuned tomorrow for bigger versions of these pictures & many more pictures in our Image Galleries!

Our friends over at DisneyGeek have posted a new Disneyland Resort Update, & here are a few of the most interesting pictures:

Some of the trams are getting new seats, which have a rougher feel to them

A rare Downtown Disney update… The Pirates room in the World of Disney has been replaced with a Toontown room

A bunch of drawings like this have been placed on the shelves

More pictures of the Toontown room can be found here

A bunch of signs for the Food & Wine Weekends have been placed around DCA. Let’s take a look at a few of them…

The main entrance to the Golden Vine Winery

These signs are on various lamp-posts & light-towers through-out the park

Along the pathway near the Golden Vine Winery

The entrance to Pacific Wharf

Pretty self-explanatory

Quickly over to Disneyland we go… A better look at the new Grand Marshal vechicle

And finally, this sign appears outside the Dream Suite if it is occupied

Thanks again to DisneyGeek for these pictures! For many more, check out their latest Disneyland Resort Update!

Here’s a couple of small pieces of news from beyond the parks… just:

  • The Pirates of the Caribbean themed decorations have been removed from the World of Disney store in Downtown Disney.
  • A weird construction wall popped up a couple of weeks ago out in front & to the left of the DCA entrance. This construction wall is for work on the name stones. Well, it seems to now have moved to the right!

You can see before on the left, & now on the right
