The Disneyland Resort has launched another celebration, this one themed around love and Minnie Mouse. From January 22 to mid-February, guests can enjoy Valentine’s Month at Disneyland Resort by engaging in a new scavenger hunt and eating from a list of seasonal treats. Much like churros, Disneyland has offered a variety of seasonal funnel cakes for guests to indulge in. And this new Honey-To-Love Funnel Cake at Hungry Bear Restaurant is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth craving.

Admittedly I haven’t tried many funnel cakes at the Disneyland Resort; I always find them to be the last item I’m craving when I want dessert. So I hope it means something when I tell you that I thought this Honey-To-Love Funnel Cake was incredible. And it was eaten down to the very last bite.

It’s made of honey and cream funnel cake with cinnamon sprinkles. The sprinkles didn’t have a strong flavor to them, which works well for guests who aren’t a fan of cinnamon in their food. The funnel cake itself was just crisp enough to keep its shape, but soft enough to cut with a plastic fork. And the honey drizzle wasn’t quite as thick as traditional honey and had more of a syrupy taste and texture to it. If you aren’t a huge fan of honey, you will find this dessert to be very enjoyable!

This Honey-To-Love Funnel Cake was amazing to eat and worth every penny. I would love for it to become a regular item at Hungry Bear Restaurant. However, it is seasonal, so I highly encourage everyone to give it a try on their next visit to Disneyland.
