Inclement weather struck hard this afternoon at the Happiest Place on Earth. As reported by FOX 11 News, according to Anaheim Public Utilities, the lightning caused a circuit to trip, knocking out power for a few seconds at around 3:48 PM across Disney’s California Adventure.
While no power outage was reported at Disneyland Park, several outdoor attractions had to be closed due to rain, as is the norm for inclement weather protocols.
According to NBC4 Los Angeles, power has since been restored to Disney California Adventure, and both parks are set to resume operation as normal.
