Now that Get Your Ears On Celebration has come to an end, the seasonal treats have been removed throughout the Disneyland Resort. And it appears the Resort wasted no time replacing the Get Your Ears On food items with new seasonal items and we spotted two over at Schmoozies in Disney California Adventure. The new Sorcerer Mickey Shake and LemonBlueberryMagic, AKA Donald Duck Butt Donut, are available in celebration of PhilharMagic.
LemonBlueberryMagic AKA Donald Duck Butt Donut – $8.99
So the official name might not be Donald Duck Butt Cronut, but it should be. It matches the new Donald Duck Butt Headbands we spotted at the merchandise stand outside PhilharMagic.
And this donut is unreal. It might be our favorite since the Halloweentime PB&J Donut. It’s filled with lemon blueberry jelly, which offers a great balance of sweetness and tartness. The cake is fresh and flaky, so every bite is perfect. As for the white chocolate Sorcerer Hat… unfortunately, it has quite a chemical aftertaste. Since it doesn’t really add anything to the donut, we advise that you do not eat it.
Keep in mind, that this donut is HUGE. It’s easily shareable between two people––maybe more––making it a great value. These donuts are always fantastic at Schmoozies and continue to remain our favorite treat at Disney California Adventure.
Sorcerer Mickey Shake – $7.49
This Sorcerer Mickey Shake is the exact same as the Mickey Cookies ‘n’ Cream Shake that was offered during Get Your Ears On Celebration, only with a new look. The cookies and cream shake is topped with blue whipped cream and two Oreos that create the look of Mickey Ears.
It’s still just as good as it was during the Get Your Ears On Celebration but prepare to have a blue tongue and face for quite a while after consuming this shake. We advise keeping lots of napkins on hand when enjoying this treat.
Once again, Schmoozies remains the perfect spot to pick up a treat or two at Disney California Adventure. So be sure to stop by and get yourself a Donald Duck Butt Donut or Sorcerer Mickey Shake the next time you visit.
