VIDEO: First Guests Enter Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, New Look Inside Lightsaber Building and Droid Depot Experiences

Disneyland Resort has just released a heartwarming video interviewing some Star Wars superfans about the work that they do in their communities and how Star Wars shaped their lives. These fans were amongst the first in the galaxy to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and experience Savi’s Workshop and the Droid Depot. In the video, we also get to see a lot more footage behind these two experiences, including the oval-shaped Gatherers table at Savi’s and workshop stations at Droid Depot. Did you know there were actual power tools at the build-a-droid stations?

Disney also released some really neat B-roll of the entire Droid Depot experience, including the conveyor belt full of parts, and individual activation stations where you can bring your astromech droid to life!
