But we should have dubbed 2019 as “Year of Rainbow Unicorn.” This character was first introduced in Pixar’s Inside Out film. And she has steadily gained popularity in merchandise. A mug, baseball hat, and plush toy are currently on sale. And now a Rainbow Unicorn Loungefly Backpack is available at the Disneyland Resort.

It feels like each new Loungefly Backpack is cuter than the one before and this one is no exception. The backpack looks just like Rainbow Unicorn, with 3D rainbow hair, ears, and horn. The fabric lining on the inside of the front pocket is a rainbow pattern, which matches her hair perfectly.

We love the shiny, rainbow color of the zipper and pulls.

And the blue color of the padded straps is a great choice. It offsets the prominent pinks and purples in Rainbow Unicorn’s design.
