Get hooked on a feeling with the Guardians of the Galaxy now that the FastPass distribution area is now open again for Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission – Breakout at Disney California Adventure.
As the Avengers Campus construction continued to creep further and further into the parks, we saw the entire queue area for Guardians of the Galaxy had been rerouted and the FastPass distribution moved. Now, the FastPass distribution has reopened across from the entrance to the attraction.
The FastPass distribution is completely covered with and adorned with new signage to help to let you know when you can return for your FastPass time and the current attraction wait time. This area also provides shade and coverage from the occasional bout of inclement weather.
With this new FastPass distribution area open, there’s less confusion around the attraction as to where to queue up and receive your paper FastPasses.
You may also notice some new brickwork has been done during this renovation. This new black, gray and white brick pattern between the FastPass distribution and entrance is brand new as a part of this refurbishment. The pattern looks similar to that of a technological grid, almost mirroring the electrical work on the outside of the Tivan Tower.
On the right side of the entrance, construction is still going on behind the Stark Industry walls, as work continues on the Avengers Campus.
What do you think of the new brickwork? Do you like these little touches that Disney adds to the lands to help with overall theming, or are you a guest that doesn’t normally pay too much attention to the ground you’re walking on?
You know what would have been nice in this article, maybe a mention of Disney Land anywhere in the first half. I was trying to figure out if this was Disney Land or Hollywood Studios, etc and I had to look for the tags at the bottom of the article to actually figure that out. Not everyone is an expert at which attractions are in which state.
The attraction is not at Disney Land either…
Looks like it was edited and added but you validated my point. Thanks
It took you longer to type out that complaint than to Google where the ride was located.
There’s seriously no reason to be so nasty about this. The attitude in this comment is so uncalled for.
I guess it was just a wish that they would have done away with FadttPass at this location. Ahhh to have lines that actually move and are half as long.
