At Churros near Goofy’s Sky School, you can find the new Horchata Churro with Condensed Milk dipping sauce.

We probably would have enjoyed this if it hadn’t been the stalest churro yet of the day. The light dusting of sugar had hints of cinnamon which were nice, but couldn’t get past chewy, stale texture of the churro.
The condensed milk dipping sauce was good and added some sweetness––which it direly needed––however, this stale churro was beyond saving at this point in the day.
Our suggestion for this churro, if you want to get one, make sure you get one earlier on in the day. We really wanted to love this, but just couldn’t get past how stale it was. If you try out a fresh one, report back with your findings!
