Guests looking to ride Rise of the Resistance at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge when it opens at Disneyland should be aware that a virtual queue for the attraction will be in place, according to the OC Register.
When the attraction opens on January 17th, those looking to ride the attraction will need to book a time and secure their place in a virtual queue as soon as they set foot inside Disneyland.
While both Rise of the Resistance attractions at Disneyland and Disney’s Hollywood Studios are identical, the virtual queue may work slightly differently at Disneyland.
Once inside the park, guests will have to log on to the Disneyland app and secure a boarding group. Push notifications will be sent as soon as their boarding group is called. Guests must be inside the park to select a Rise of the Resistance boarding group using the Disneyland app. We expect further details to be released as we near the opening of the attraction.
