PHOTOS: Single Rider Line Now Available at Star Tours in Disneyland Park Due to Heavy Crowds

Crowds have been at an all-time high at Disneyland Resort due to the holidays, and the wait times have not been pleasant. Over in Tomorrowland, Star Tours has recently opened up a Single Rider line to accommodate more guests throughout the day. While this attraction is not one of the most popular stops for guests, the wait has been seen getting past an hour over the past few days.

The Single Rider line was open up early in the day, but was not operating during mid-day. Around 5:30 pm, the line was available to guests again.

When you enter the Single Rider line, you are brought down a handicap pathway and you are placed in a hallway where you wait to be brought up into a Starspeeder 1000 cabin. The cast member we spoke to today said the line moves somewhat slowly, but it’s worth a try.

Star Tours has recently received a new scene due to the release of the new “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker” film, which is drawing more people into the attraction.

Hopefully, this Single Rider line will help keep the wait down and give guests more options when deciding whether or not to venture off into a galaxy far, far away.

  1. Great. So now groups of people will go into the single rider line. I wish Disneyland could take action when they notice a group going in. As an official single rider who goes by myself to Disneyland all the time, it’s infuriating. Single Rider lines, especially in places like The Matterhorn and Splash Mountain, can end up being a whole half wait time of the original line, if not more. Please be conciderate to those who go to Disney by themselves.
