shopDisney has revealed a sneak peek at the upcoming “Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction” merchandise collection that’s coming soon––and it’s themed to Disneyland’s King Arthur Carousel! Many Disney Stores are currently closed, but the collection is set to be available via shopDisney in July, according to the original release schedule. Do note that release dates have been removed from the Main Attraction collection landing page on shopDisney.
All of the vibrant hues of the classic “King Arthur’s Carousel” attraction are represented throughout this collection. The Series 7 collection features a Minnie Ear Headband complete with a gold foil carousel horse and bow. A similar pattern is seen on the mug with a carousel horse in the middle, and a sequin-covered Loungefly mini backpack with a big bow and crown. The Minnie plush features a satin dress and her own royal crown. The pin set features a carousel horse, Minnie in full carousel style, and a Minnie Ear headband pin.
This month’s Series 6 Peter Pan release is scheduled to go out this Saturday on June 20, however dates have been revised on shopDisney to reflect that it is simply “coming soon.” No release date is listed for Series 7.

I am hopeful that the release has been delayed to give Disney time to iron out the situation in which bots kept buying up all the merchandise quickly, and people were stuck on the website trying to check out for many minutes or even hours. I will be checking the ShopDisney facebook site frequently to make sure I know when release dates are announced. I find it interesting that the bow on the mug is not shown. I believe all the other merchandise preview photos have shown the bow (a view of the mug with the handle on the left side). I think the bow on the mug will probably be teal with a gold crown in the center. What do you think? I collect the mugs for the attractions that I like. This is the first backpack in this series I have ever wanted. Teal is my favorite color. I am excited that I have even more time to save up my spending money and possibly get the backpack. Do you think the bow on the bag is made of the leather-like material like the rest of the bag? I don’t have any Loungefly bags with a cloth bow, so I don’t know if Loungfly does bows out of satin or what.
