Good news for Spider-Man fans! The sequel to the hit animated feature, “Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse” has officially begun production.

“Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse” was a big hit with both critics and fans alike, and it was only a matter of time before we received news that the sequel to the film was green-lit and ready to go.

The news came from lead animator Nick Kondo of Sony Imageworks, along with a short teaser announcement which revealed a 2022 release date for the film.
