VIDEO: Disney+ Shares First Look at Beyoncé’s “Black is King” Debuting on July 31
Last month, Beyoncé announced her new visual album, Black Is King, which is inspired by The Lion King, will debut on Disney+ on July 31. Today, Disney+ has now shared the official trailer for this film.
Disney+ has also shared the first poster for the film.
The new visual album is based on the music from “The Lion King: The Gift”, and will feature artists like Childish Gambino, Kendrick Lamar, Pharrell, 070 Shake, Tierra Whack, Jay-Z, Blue Ivy Carter, and Jessie Reyez, as well as African artists including Wizkid, Shatta Wale, Burna Boy, Mr. Eazi, Tiwa Savage, Tekno, Yemi Alade, Busiswa, and Salatiel.
