Fix-It Felix is here with another outage affecting numerous components of the Disney Parks experience, from shopDisney for those looking to shop at home, to Mobile Ordering in the parks as well as Disney Gift Card payments.

Since earlier this morning, the shopDisney website has been down, citing that “improvements” are being made to the site. However, the outage has affected today’s exclusive releases, including the next Minnie ear headband set in the Disney Parks Designer Collection.
The site remains down as of time of publishing, with no communications from shopDisney on social media channels to inform guests of the outage.
Over at the parks, Mobile Ordering is also down on the My Disney Experience app.

Quick service locations like Sunshine Seasons at EPCOT are now handing out paper menus and taking orders in-person for lunch and dinner service, until the outage is fixed. Previously discouraged due to COVID-19 health and safety guidelines, guests are now allowed to line up for the registers and order their meals there.
Also affecting guests property-wide currently is the inability to process Disney Gift Cards at all points of sale. Guests with Disney Gift Cards will be asked to provide an alternate method of payment.
Do note that these issues are likely due to an internal server outage, and are temporary. We’ll keep you updated once all of these services return to normal online and across Walt Disney World.
