Disneyland Resort is preparing to reopen, although no reopening date has been announced. We’ve noticed directional signs, hand-washing stations, and more being set up at the entrances to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure. It also seems that Disney is setting up the tram route to be a walkway for guests entering the park.

There are no initial signs of this setup at the Downtown Disney District station.

If the tram route is opened for walking, that means trams will not be running.

Benches and trash cans have been set up further along the route.

We also spotted this sign.

It reads “Reservation required for entry into theme parks.” This confirms that Disneyland Resort, like Walt Disney World, will have a park reservation system to better control crowds. It will likely be similar to the Disney Park Pass System, if not exactly the same.

It’s looking like Disneyland will be opening soon! Are you excited to return to Walt’s first park? Let us know in the comments.

  1. I am so ready for Disneyland to be open. Let’s just hope everyone can chill out when it does open to avoid an outbreak.
