This week, Tom Corless joins us as we go back to 1966 and a very special episode of “Walt Disney’s Wonderful World of Color”… Disneyland Around the Seasons!

Walt Disney takes us on a tour of Disneyland, showing off some of the latest attractions. Many of these came from the 1964 World’s Fair. Using the framing of a year at Disneyland, Walt starts with New Year’s fireworks and goes all the way through the Candlelight Processional at Christmas. Sadly, this special aired only three days after Walt’s death in 1966, but it’s packed full of many of his passion projects. It’s fun to see how excited he was to share these things with the audience.
