Magic Kingdom
- Liberty Square Market has closed for a multi-week refurbishment at the Magic Kingdom… but turkey leg lovers need not despair because just across the border in Frontierland, a makeshift turkey leg cart has been set up next to a frozen treats cart
- For the first time since the Magic Kingdom reopened, Princess Ariel was spotted yesterday greeting and speaking to guests around the outdoor entry area of Princess Fairytale Hall
EPCOT
- Greetings, World Travelers, and welcome to a fun-filled day at EPCOT, where we began our park-hopping day, before we finished things out at the Magic Kingdom with more news-worthy finds to bring you this most recent photo report
- The Expression Section paint-by-numbers mural has opened with social distancing at the Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts 2021
- The 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is here, which means there’s lots of merchandise, food, and drinks to purchase and if you’re sick of pulling out your cash or card at every vendor, then Disney has an easy way to pay for souvenirs and food: collectible gift cards
- The construction walls are down and planters are up at the entrance to the France Pavilion expansion at EPCOT, but there are still a few more things left to do before the grand opening of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, and we spotted workers busy adding final touches all over the land
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith has received a new poster at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and while the design remains the same on the building’s exterior, the new poster does help to reinvigorate the area
- The Indiana Jones truck near the entrance to Backlot Express has been removed at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and with the “Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular!” closed until further notice and the theater transformed into a mobile order waiting area, this is just another disappointing sight for fans of the beloved adventurer
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Djuan Rivers’ journey as Vice President of Disney’s Animal Kingdom has come to an end, as he has announced his retirement
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- Among the many changes the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to Walt Disney World has been the suspension of the buffets across property, but thankfully The Wave… of American Flavors at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, has found a way to bring back favorites from its breakfast buffet in a new entrée, “The Wave Feast”
Other Walt Disney World News
- Guests looking to go to Walt Disney World for the remainder of the month are in for a treat as Disney Park Passes have been fully replenished for the rest of January
Disneyland Resort
- Guests visiting Downtown Disney at the Disneyland Resort now have another quick snack option as Marceline’s Confectionery has opened an outdoor check stand, allowing guests to buy snacks and desserts from the shop without having to wait outside if the shop is at capacity due to COVID-19 restrictions
New Merchandise
- Just in time for Valentine’s Day, a new collection of Pixar’s Up merchandise has arrived on shopDisney celebrating the love of Carl and Ellie
- Valentine’s Day is around the corner, and Dooney & Bourke is getting in on the fun with a new “Mickey & Minnie Love” collection of bags, now available on shopDisney
- As we begin the new year, we also begin a new year of limited edition Disney pins, with many upcoming monthly collections to get excited about for both Disneyland and Walt Disney World, and today we got to take a look at the January pin for the Where Fantasy Grows: A Disney Terrarium collection
- As if this odd collection couldn’t get any weirder, we now have a first look at the February series for “Stitch Crashes Disney”, themed to Lady and the Tramp
- World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District of Disneyland Resort has just dropped a bunch of new adorable Disney dog and cat themed clothes and kitchen items that are perfect for dog and cat lovers everywhere

Disney+
- In October, we shared news that a ‘Willow’ series is coming to Disney+, and while Ron Howard and Warwick Davis are still attached to the project, one notable name is departing — director Jon M. Chu
The Walt Disney Company
- Kevin Rafferty, the Walt Disney Imagineer behind Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World and Cars Land in Disney California Adventure (and many, many more incredible projects) has officially announced his retirement
