Here’s what the Legacy Passholder webpage says about the event:

Fans located near the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort will want to head on over to Buena Vista Street starting this weekend on Feb. 6 for a retro “WandaVision”-inspired photo op located near the Disneyland Resort Backlot Premiere Shop! For a limited time, step back in time and take a photo in a living room straight from the golden age of television! And on Feb. 5, Legacy Passholders can be among the first to access this retro WandaVision-inspired photo opportunity. Legacy Passholders must present their eligible Passports and photo ID may be required. The opportunity will be limited to eligible Legacy Passholders only (no guests) and will be subject to availability, capacity and change or cancellation without notice.

Following the cancellation of the Disneyland Annual Pass program, Annual Passholders became Legacy Passholders and still have access to certain benefits, including a 30% merchandise discount available through February 25. Disneyland is hoping to launch a new membership program when the theme parks reopen.
