Magic Kingdom
- The Mandalorian “Baby Yoda” macaron made the jump to lightspeed and has arrived at the Confectionery at the Magic Kingdom — This Is The Way
- The Main Street Firehouse at the Magic Kingdom has reopened from refurbishment with little fanfare and no announcement after it was closed just a few weeks ago to remove the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom game
EPCOT
- It was a quiet day before the holiday weekend here at EPCOT, but we’re glad we came to check out the park and take a look at all the construction projects, and bring you this most recent photo report
- The final panel of the new Leave A Legacy walls has been installed outside the EPCOT entrance, creating a rainbow of colors meant to match EPCOT’s new aesthetic
- Character Topiaries are beginning to bloom as plans for the 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival are underway, with the first Character Topiaries to join this year being Bambi and friends
- While multiple barges have made their way into World Showcase Lagoon in EPCOT for the upcoming Harmonious nighttime spectacular, the show’s circular centerpiece has yet to leave the backstage construction site, though it has received a new feature recently — a large silver framework installed around the black metal structure of the barge
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- The Wildlife Express Train to and from Rafiki’s Planet Watch at Disney’s Animal Kingdom now has small Plexiglass dividers installed on the benches inside the train
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- Capt. Cook’s Cast Members at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort are wearing brand new Moana inspired aprons to go along with the new IP-laden updates coming to the resort
- Select Walt Disney World Resort hotels (and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort) have a new cupcake available this weekend only to celebrate Valentine’s Day — the “Call Me Sweetheart” cupcake
Other Walt Disney World News
- Following an earlier report that the White House was considering restricting domestic air travel to Florida, the White House has stated no such plans are in the works, though the discussion was sparked by cases of the highly contagious strain of COVID-19 first detected in the U.K. rising in Florida
- Monorail Red has returned to its rotation on the Express Monorail route with a new look including a completely refurbished interior and black deltas now featured along the red stripe on the exterior (the inverse of Monorail Black, which was refurbished in 2019)
- Hours at all four Walt Disney World theme parks have been extended for the first week of March, from February 28 through March 6, 2021
- And operating hours have also been posted for Walt Disney World theme parks through Saturday, May 1, 2021
Disneyland Resort
- Oswald’s, the filling station themed merchandise shop located on Buena Street at Disney California Adventure, has finally reopened after closing with the park back in March 2020

- Disney nuiMOs plushes now have a spooky new accessory to join the Everyday Cosplay collection by Wes Jenkins — an Oogie Boogie outfit lets your nuiMOs connect with their scary side
- A new Beauty and the Beast Snow Globe featuring the magical rose has arrived at Walt Disney World Resort and it’s exactly as beautiful as you’d hope it would be
