Although vaccinated out-of-state visitors are allowed to visit California theme parks according to state guidelines, they will not yet be allowed in Disneyland Resort theme parks.

Only California residents will be able to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure when they reopen on April 30, and they must provide proof of residency along with their park ticket and reservation. This was confirmed in a Disney Parks Blog post today. The post also reiterates previously announced information regarding Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance boarding groups, online check-in services, and face covering guidelines.

Disney also confirmed the Mickey & Friends and Pixar Pals parking structures will be opening at 6:00 AM daily.

Anyone may visit Downtown Disney District at this time, regardless of residency, and may park in the Simba Lot.
