Disneyland Resort’s April 30th reopening is in sight, and guests are eager to plan their visits. While Disney has not given any official word on the opening times for parking — something that caused a bit of confusion and aggravation during Walt Disney World’s reopening — sources suggest it may open as early as 6:00am for the first few days.

Instagram user GothicRosie posted today that both the Mickey and Friends and Pixar Pals parking structures will open at 6:00am Friday, April 30th through Sunday, May 2nd. Starting May 3rd, the parking structures will open only half an hour before the parks open each day.

At Walt Disney World, parking lot opening times have been used as a method for staggering guest arrival times in order to prevent massive crowds from gathering at the parks’ gates. As Disneyland is far more limited on space, their protocols for handling the initial demand will certainly be modified from what we’ve seen in Florida.
