When Disneyland reopens later this month, Cast Members will be sporting an updated name tag.
According to Twitter user DisneyDragon, Cast Members are being supplied with special nameteags for the reopening of Disneyland that read “Bringing Back The Magic” along the bottom. After the COVID-19 pandemic caused Disneyland to close for over a year, the reopening is being viewed as a historic and memorable occasion.
The tweet goes on to say that all Cast Members will receive this name tag when they return and additionally receive one in a special keepsake box at a later date.

I think it’s a nice gesture, especially with cast members getting a “keepsake” version in a box later. When I left Disneyland, I had to give up my nametag. And that hurt. I know some don’t do it, but I played by the rules. I DO still have my Spirit of Disneyland award pin from 1995, but…no nametag on which to display it.
