After unveiling how Disneyland Resort is “hiding” the show building for Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, we now have photos from Mickey’s Toontown of what exactly Guests should expect to see when the resort reopens this Friday.
Lined from behind Mickey’s House, past Minnie’s house, and beyond, the show building hosts a tongue-in-cheek sign alluding to how the structure is not currently themed.
Mickey and Minnie wink while wearing construction helmets as the sign declares, “What big building? There’s no big building here! Paid for by the Toontown Department of Implausible Deniability.”
We hope that the sign will be temporary and the show building will be properly themed to fit in with Mickey’s Toontown.
While Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway is already open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Florida, the Disneyland attraction is slated to open in 2023.
