Tonight as part of a special broadcast live from Disneyland, Sleeping Beauty Castle was ceremoniously re-lit for the first time since March 2020.
The broadcast included presentations from Josh D’Amaro, chairman of Disney Parks, and Ken Potrock, President of the Disneyland Resort. Views of a “reawakened” Sleeping Beauty Castle were shown. After more than a year of closure, Disneyland and Disney California Adventure are set to reopen this Friday, April 30th.
