Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar Included in Proposed “DisneylandForward” Entertainment Destination

Earlier this year, Disney unveiled plans to expand Disneyland Resort in their “DisneylandForward” proposal. The plans included theme park, retail, hotel, and parking projects. The “New Kind of Disney Entertainment Destination” would be modeled after Disney Springs.

According to the OC Register, a version of Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar was mentioned during a DisneylandForward webinar this week. The Indiana Jones-themed bar has one location in Disney Springs already. Concept art of the bar can be found on the “DisneylandForward” website, but Disney emphasizes that all concept art for the project is purely hypothetical at this time.

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar would bring another representation of S.E.A., the Society of Explorers and Adventurers, to Disneyland. S.E.A. is a fictional group used in storytelling across Disney Parks worldwide.

The themed bar is decked out with hundreds of S.E.A. and aviation-related pieces of decor. It’s one of the most unique spots in Disney Springs and Walt Disney World as a whole, and would likely be a hit at Disneyland as well, if it ever comes to fruition.
