Magic Kingdom
- It was a hot but beautiful day here at the Magic Kingdom! We had a quiet day, but we still found a few things to share with you in the latest photo report.
- Work on replacing the gear-themed pavement in Magic Kingdom’s Tomorrowland is moving closer and closer to the land’s main bridge.
- The construction of new ramps around the Magic Kingdom entrance is well underway, with the new overpass ramps starting to take shape.
EPCOT
- Construction and painting at the upcoming Creations Shop site have sped up in recent weeks as the opening approaches.
- Overnight, Cast Members have installed additional food booths for the upcoming International Food & Wine Festival at EPCOT.
- Physical distancing markers have been removed from the queues for both Gran Fiesta Tour in the Mexico Pavilion and Frozen Ever After in the Norway Pavilion at EPCOT.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- The final audio-animatronic of Lieutenant Bek is currently missing from Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
- Finally, with the reduction of physical distancing, the pre-show has returned to Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway.
- After hearing the news, we had to run over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios to join in on the excitement first-hand; check out our photos and video!
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- The roof of the new porte-cochère at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort has been installed after being constructed in front of the Monorail station.
- The Peach Melba cupcake is now available at Roaring Fork, a quick-service eatery at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.
Other Walt Disney World News
- Despite having been closed for four months, Walt Disney World saw more guests attempting to enter property with firearms in the past year.
- Disney Parks is launching a new “imagination-powered” program for creative thinkers called Disney Imagination Campus.
Disneyland Resort
- Beginning June 15, fully vaccinated Disneyland guests will no longer be required to wear a mask indoors or outdoors.
- In addition, physical distancing will be ending tomorrow as well.
- Starting tomorrow, June 15th, guests will start to see the return of more attractions, continuing through July.
- Disneyland Resort’s Toy Story parking lot will be reopening on June 18.
Disneyland Paris
- Disneyland Paris will be stopping all sales of new and renewing Annual Passes beginning tomorrow.
- In new videos from Disneyland Paris, Cast Members are getting ready to “make magic” again ahead of the parks reopening later this week.
- The Disneyland Paris YouTube channel has shared a special look at the maintenance of Disneyland Railroad and Pirates of the Caribbean, as well as a backstage peek at the Sleeping Beauty Castle refurbishment.
New Merchandise
- While browsing Once Upon a Time at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, we spotted more additions to the Mickey Mouse Beach collection.
- Uptown Jewelers in the Magic Kingdom is now selling a new Dooney & Bourke collection dedicated to “it’s a small world.”

- Loki is now ranked as the most-watched Disney+ series premiere ever, according to CEO Bob Chapek.
