Disneyland Resort turned 66 today and things are getting festive! Part of the limited-time celebration included a special Celebratory Cavalcade featuring many beloved characters.
The Cavalcade coming down Main Street, U.S.A., as seen from the Disneyland Railroad Main Street Station.
The cavalcade kicks off with a banner declaring, “Happy 66th Birthday Disneyland.”
Some of the Main Street Vehicles are decked out for the celebration. The Fire Engine has tons of balloons, including two balloon sculptures shaped like candles.
Mickey is aboard the Fire Engine in a very festive suit.
It’s the Disneyland Band!
The Omnibus is similarly decorated with colorful balloons. It’s filled and flanked by Disney Princesses.
Tiana and Rapunzel can be seen to the right of the bus in the photo above.
Aurora and Jasmine are on the other side of the Omnibus.
Jasmine is followed closely by Aladdin and Genie.
Even the villains are celebrating! Cruella and Captain Hook are at the end of the cavalcade.
