Bread-lovers, it’s time to celebrate! Free samples of Boudin sourdough bread are once again being offered at The Bakery Tour in Disney California Adventure!

The samples had been suspended since the park reopened earlier this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but guests can now get their sourdough on near the entrance to the attraction.

A Cast Member wearing gloves distributes the samples before guests take their video-guided tour of the bakery. While we weren’t specifically asked to, most of the guests we saw took their samples outside before eating them, keeping with the rule that all guests must wear face coverings while indoors.

Currently, samples are only being offered at The Bakery Tour, while they have yet to return to the Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop across the way in Pacific Wharf.

For guests and foodies, this is a welcome sight (and taste!) as the park slowly returns to full strength.
