Disney Parks Collection Now Available on Disney+ For Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary

It’s now easier for fans to find the films and shows that bring a taste of the Disney Parks home on Disney+.

The streaming service has launched a Disney Parks collection. While nothing here is new, it does offer a consolidated location to find everything. The first section of the collection is dedicated to Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary, with shows like The Imagineering Story, Magic of Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Behind the Attraction, Disney Parks Sunrise Series, and The Mouseketeers at Walt Disney World taking the spotlight.

The collection covers Disney Parks around the world, with The Pre-Opening Report from Disneyland, Disney Illuminations from Disneyland Paris, and the Shanghai Disney Resort Grand Opening Gala being represented. The following sections feature movies inspired by the parks, including the Pirates of the Caribbean films, Jungle Cruise, The Haunted Mansion, The Country Bears, and Tomorrowland, as well as the films that have inspired park attractions. Episodes of shows set at the parks are also part of the collections, including America’s Funniest Home Videos, One Day at Disney Shorts, and Boy Meets World.

Finally, all episodes of Behind the Attraction, The Imagineering Story, and Magic of Disney’s Animal Kingdom make up the final three sections. Even though nothing has been added to Disney+ with the launch of the collection, it does offer a good home for future parks-related programming.
