Jack Skellington Cookie – $9

Jack Skellington and the two cookies below are standard Disney shortbread cookies with chocolate coatings. Very cute, very Instagram-able, but it’s the same standard cookie you can get any time. The spooky designs are cute, but if you’re looking for something unique, skip these.

Mickey-shaped Monster Cookie – $9

Oogie Boogie Cupcake Treat – $7

The “treat” version of this cupcake is dark chocolate with a caramel center. There’s a lot of Oogie Boogie frosting on top, as is common with most of these cupcakes. The cupcake itself is nice; small for the price, but a nice cupcake. The caramel center really is an unexpected treat (unless you ask a cast member what’s in it). It’s small, so pairing it with the other cupcake as a mini-flight is a nice dish.

Oogie Boogie Cupcake Trick – $7

The “trick” Oogie Boogie cupcake is a chocolate chip with pop rocks (which are the trick). However, being immersed in a cake, they don’t really hit the tongue to dissolve the way you expect, so they’re more of a crunch than a pop. Again, not a bad cupcake, and it pairs very well with the other one. That one is a little more decadent, while this one is a little lighter and has that nice texture with the crunch. A very fun pair.

Mickey-shaped Whoopie Pie – $9

The Mickey whoopie pie is very cute but unremarkable as far as flavor. It’s a lot of sweet frosting between two rather flavorless cakes. Usually, the chocolate cakes of a whoopie pie bring a bit of dimension to this, but without that, they’re kind of bland. It’s not bad; it just doesn’t have a lot to offer. In a day with so many different flavors and so many things going on, sometimes it’s nice to have a basic sweet treat.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Shot Glass with Milk – $8 ($15 with alcohol)

There are several options (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for what you can get inside the cookie shot glass, and we chose cotton candy milk because it sounded the most unique. That’s actually the best way to describe the flavor – unique. It’s not bad per se, but it’s exactly what you think cotton candy milk would taste like. We were not fans, but we also don’t think we are the target audience for cotton candy flavored things.

The cookie was good, surprisingly light and fluffy for being a shot glass. The interior of the glass is lined in chocolate to keep it watertight, allowing for a delicious crumbly cookie exterior that stands up to the weight without becoming a biscotti. We’d definitely get it again, but we’d opt for chocolate milk or Grand Marnier.
