We’re at Disneyland for the first day of Halloween treats (not tricks!). The Monster Halloween Cake from 2019 has returned to the Plaza Inn for the season.

Chocolate cake with multi-colored mousse, green buttercream, royal icing, and Halloween sprinkles
This isn’t our favorite slice of cake from Plaza Inn, but it isn’t bad. The cake itself is a little dry and not very dense. The frosting is great, though, and overall adds a much-needed freshness to the slice. It certainly lives up to the name based on looks and makes a cute Halloween dessert for Instagram photos.
