As we reported earlier today, Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company has opened its first location at Disneyland Resort. Joffrey’s beverages and snacks are available at the Gourmet Coffee stand inside Disney California Adventure. We decided to try the Frozen Peach Bellini.

Frozen Peach Bellini — $16.50 (Non-alcoholic — $6)

The Frozen Peach Bellini is the “signature” cocktail available at Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company. Other cocktails are available, but are simply coffees with added liqueurs.

A Bellini is normally champagne with peach puree. This version uses thick, slushy ice with added peach flavor.

The peach flavor comes through well, but the champagne flavor is almost too subtle to notice, lost in a sea of sweet, fruity ice.

While refreshing on a warm Southern California autumn day, we would skip the champagne. The virgin drink will be just as refreshing, taste nearly the same, and save over $10 to boot.
