Betty White Dies at 99

Betty White, Disney Legend and beloved television star, has died at age 99.

According to TMZ, she passed away at her home Friday morning.

Betty White was most known for her starring role as Rose Nylund in Touchstone Television’s “The Golden Girls.” Among her Disney credits, she has also done voice work in “The Simpsons,” “Teacher’s Pet,” “Toy Story 4,” and “Forky Asks a Question” on Disney+.

She had her own bust, amongst other Hollywood greats, at the former Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame Plaza in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Betty White and Ed Asner, voice of Carl Fredricksen in Disney Pixar’s “Up,” were the last two living cast members from the legendary sitcom, “The Mary Tyler Moore Show.” Ed Asner passed away in August of this year.

Betty White, who was born in 1922, passed just 18 days before her 100th birthday.
