All guests will be required to wear masks on Disney transportation, such as shuttles, and in health settings, such as First Aid.

  1. Nice in theory, except Disney doesn’t check vaccination status, so there’s no way to know when unvaccinated people are choosing to take masks off indoors. And since the unvaccinated are overwhelmingly also anti-maskers, you can bet they will be taking their masks off without hesitation. It’s dumb to even stipulate that they should keep them on, because they won’t. So either keep the indoor mask mandate in place for everyone or eliminate it for everyone, unless Disney plans to check vax status and issue wristbands or something.
