Disney is developing another new Muppets series for Disney+. According to SlashFilm, this new series will focus on Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem, and Adam Goldberg of “The Goldbergs” is involved with the project.

The show will follow Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem as they try to record a full-length album after spending life on the road. It will focus on the music industry and how it has changed since the characters debuted on “The Muppet Show” in 1975.

New characters will be introduced, including humans, Hannah and Nora. Hannah is “a social media star and influencer who has created something of an online empire through her wildly successful make-up videos. Nora is a one-time music executive who put her life on hold to help raise her sister Hannah. She “is setting her sights back on the music industry” and will be “managing and helping this Muppets group get into the studio and make it happen for an album after all this time.” Another character is techie, Lyle, who wants to get back together with his ex-girlfriend, Nora.
