This year’s monthly merchandise collection to be released on shopDisney, and possibly someday at Walt Disney World and Disneyland, is Mickey Mouse: The Main Attraction. This is a sequel collection to 2020’s Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction, with each series inspired by a Disney attraction.
Though the first series inspired by Space Mountain has yet to be released in the U.S., we now have a preview of the second series inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean. Each series will include a Mickey plush, Loungefly bag, ear headband, pin, and collectible key.
Of course, the plush has Mickey dressed up in his finest pirate garb. The color scheme of this series is black and gold.
The Loungefly backpack is black with gold trim. The front pocket has two gold ovals resembling the buttons of Mickey’s shorts. Ears stick out of the top of the bag, covered in gold skull designs.
The pin is also Mickey in his pirate outfit.
The ear headband is black with gold designs, like the Loungefly backpack. A black pirate hat lined with fuzzy white feathers sits between the ears.
A page for Mickey Mouse: The Main Attraction is available on the U.S. shopDisney site, but there are no release dates announced. The collection may have been delayed due to global shipping issues.

So the first Space Mountain one hasn’t been released yet? Aren’t they supposed to release the last week each month?
This collection is not that great. I was really excited for it but then the January collection wasn’t released here and now the February one just doesn’t excite me… oh well..
I just can’t get excited knowing from experience what a mess these monthly releases turn into. I’m guessing it has nothing to do with supply chains and the release issues are due to trying to counter the sleazy buy in bulk resellers. It’s a shame that after all these years that Disney isnt able to weed them out. They need to partner with eBay and limit how many an individual can resell. If you can only buy one how to all these idiots on eBay have multiple to sell?
when will disneyland get the January Mickey Mouse attractions loungefly bag cause they have been saying “it’s coming soon” but we still haven’t heard anything when its coming out
