Bob Chapek Says Avengers Campus Quinjet Attraction is Still Coming, But Currently On Hold for Disney California Adventure

During today’s shareholders’ meeting, Bob Chapek addressed some announced attractions that have not yet come to fruition.

He said that the Avengers Campus Quinjet attraction slated for Disney California Adventure was on hold until Disney has more funds for the project.

Like the Mary Poppins attraction at EPCOT, the Quinjet ride is not canceled and may still happen.

  1. Disney made over 2 billion net profit in 2021, and 640 mil net from the theme park division alone, but yeah… I’m sure they need “more funds” for this project.

  2. Lame, they build the whole land and add 1 mediocre ride? Web slingers is alright, but that land is pretty weak with nothing else to do there.
I really hope Chapek realizes that Disney will cease to be what it is if he uses up all the goodwill Walt and Iger built up in search of better profit margins.
