‘Resurfacing Winter 2022’ Removed from Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage Construction Walls, Reopening Possibly Delayed at Disneyland Park

The construction walls surrounding Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage in Tomorrowland have had the “Resurfacing Winter 2022” signs quietly removed as we inch closer to springtime at Disneyland Park.

All construction walls lining the lagoon no longer bear any signs of reopening. All that remains are the character portholes, with friends like Nemo and Squirt peering out at guests who walk past.

Our last major check-in on the Submarine Voyage lagoon was toward the end of January, when the subs were first uncovered. Since the Disneyland Monorail was temporarily closed due to demolition work in Downtown Disney, we haven’t been able to take a peek over the walls for a few weeks. It reopened on March 6.

The reopening date has been pushed back twice, first it was set as “Winter 2021” before changing to “Winter”. Seems this could drag on well into spring after all. Stay tuned to Disneyland News Today for the latest updates on the return of the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage.
