  1. in the chapek world this makes perfect sense. get rid of annual passholders, do not let them renew, and increase the supposed discount to the few remaining while you take from others the ability to become one. yep, the world of chapek and the board that hired him. and extended his contract as ceo. against the wailing of dvc owners and shareholders to get rid of him. so who needs to go most? chapek or the board members that do nothing but collect dollars every year for being on the board while ignoring the shareholders entirely?
