Disney has provided a first look at some of the food items that will be available at Mickey’s Toontown in Disneyland when it reopens on March 19.
Café Daisy is a new eatery where Daisy Duck will be showing off her expert culinary skills with the help of the talented Disney culinary teams. Mobile order will be available at Café Daisy, where guests can get Daisy’s Dressed-up Dog, an all-beef foot-long hot dog with chili-cheese sauce, mac and cheese, and parmesan potato crispies, plus house-made chips. The Daisy Dog is a simpler dish: an all-beef foot-long hot dog with house-made chips and the option of adding on some chili-cheese sauce.
PIzza options include the Cheesy Pizza Flop-Over, which is mozzarella and provolone with tomato sauce, and the Pepperoni Pizza Flop-Over with pepperoni, mozzarella, and provolone with tomato sauce. Allergy-friendly offerings will be available too.
The Spring Garden Wrap is Daisy’s plant-based offering. It combines romaine and quinoa into a wrap with a creamy lemon dressing and toasted pumpkin seeds accompanied with house-made chips.
For kids, there is the Cheese Please! Pizza with cheese and tomato sauce or the Pepperoni Please! Pizza with pepperoni, cheese, and tomato sauce. Kids can also get Minnie’s Mini Corn Dogs and Mini Mac and Cheesy.
The Toontown ‘Tater Chips side is house-made chips with chili-cheese sauce. For dessert, there is Daisy’s Goody-Goody Donuts with cinnamon sugar.
As for beverages, the Picnic Time Watermelon Lemonade is a refreshing choice with Minute Maid Zero Sugar Lemonade, watermelon premium syrup, and watermelon gummies. Coffee lovers will like the Specialty Cold Brrr-ew made up of Caramel Mudslide Cold Brew from Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. with sea salt and whipped topping.
Over at Toontown Farmers Market is Good Boy! Grocers. This roadside stand has grab-and-go drinks, treats, and novelties. Some of the items available will include pickles, Mini Babybel snack cheese, Coca-Cola beverages, waters, Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water, gluten-allergy-friendly cookies, fruit bars, and whole fruit.
The Perfect Picnic Basket novelty item comes with three snack-sized items of your choice. Options include a Cuties Mandarin Orange, yogurt smoothie, applesauce, granola bar, gluten-allergy-friendly fig bar, and more. Guests will also be able to choose between a small DASANI water or Minute Maid Juice Box. The matching Perfect Picnic Blanket will also be available.
