Mickey and Minnie Figures Installed on New CenTOONial Park Fountain at Mickey’s Toontown in Disneyland

As Mickey’s Toontown nears its grand reopening at Disneyland, the figures of Mickey and Minnie Mouse have been installed on top of the CenTOONial Park fountain.

Walt Disney Imagineering shared images of the figures and installation, which took place earlier today, on their Instagram account. The figures show Mickey hoisting up Minnie, in her blue dress and red hat, who holds a watering can.

When Mickey’s Toontown reopens on March 19, every corner of the land will have a fresh, new look. CenTOONial Park features two water tables and a Dreaming Tree that young ones can use for play. Donald’s Boat and Goofy’s house have been refurbished, with the latter now also holding Goofy’s How-to-Play Yard, which offers a sound garden and elevated clubhouse. Meanwhile, Gadget’s Go Coaster has become Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Gadget Coaster, though it will still be centered around Gadget Hackwrench. Two new restaurants will open, Café Daisy and Good Boy! Grocers. Food and pricing for the eateries were revealed earlier this week. The centerpiece of the new land, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, opened in late January.
