Yesterday, a limited-edition print exclusive to Magic Key Holders was released as a celebration of the reimagined Mickey’s Toontown. Today, we have photos of the public sample art, along with the actual print itself. Let’s take a closer look.

Whimsical Toontown

The piece was created by artist Asia Ellington, stating above that she draws inspiration from vintage motifs and classic Hollywood cinema (particularly animation) for her work. The landscape itself showcases this in its self-described whimsical portrayal of the neighborhood. Mickey and Minnie are enjoying a perfect picnic seated beneath a tree while Daisy and Donald soak in the sun.

As Goofy plays fetch with Pluto and the Duck nephews explore the park, we see a bustling city directly in the background — zany, colorful, and lively. Green pastures rise into gently rolling hills, a radiantly smiling sun, light blue skies, and Chuuby the bird hovering above. This character has begun to gather a bit of fame from appearing in the land’s new marquee attraction: Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway.

Any Magic Key holder wishing to obtain their own copy may do so from now until March 31 at the Frontierland Trail, while supplies last.
