Nuts About Cheese is a marketplace available during the 2023 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival that has something for even the pickiest eaters. For those with an adventurous palette, we recommend trying the Petite Burrata, and for those less adventurous, the Crackers & Cheese or Mickey Mouse-Shaped Mararon are right up your alley!

*NEW* Petite Burrata – $8.75
Grilled Ciabatta with Tomato & Olive Jam, Burrata Cheese, Pesto and Freeze-dried Balsamic
This is an average burrata. The pesto and tomato combined do make for a great mix of flavors.
Crackers & Cheese – $8.00
House-made Herb Crackers with White Cheddar Fromage Blanc, Spicy Salami Spread and Cherry Jam
This is a nice mix of sweet and savory. The creamy cheese is delicately seasoned with herbs, and the Rosemary cracker is just that step up, making this a more sophisticated treat for the festival.
That said, it does get messy when eating and can’t be cut through, so isn’t a great treat for walking around the festival.
Mickey Mouse Shaped Macaron made with SNICKERS® – $6.75
Chocolate Mickey Macaron filled with Caramel Ganache and SNICKERS® Bar Pieces
Like many others at Disneyland Resort, this macaron is rich and sweet.
The peanut flavor gives this a strong character reminiscent of a Snickers bar.
We enjoyed it, but it’s a heavy treat that could easily be shared between two or three people.
*NEW* Flowers & Bees – $16.00
Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Honey, Hibiscus & Lavender Syrups, garnished with a Purple Pansy
Wow, this drink tastes overwhelmingly like honey. There’s nothing else which comes through.
Most of the other flavors are pushed to the side as a result, but the drink is still tasty and refreshing, perfect for a nice spring day.
The 2023 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival will be running from March 3 to April 25, 2023.
