New Pins and Figurines Celebrate the Opening of Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Mickey’s Toontown in Disneyland

It’s been three months since guests began chugging along Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway in Disneyland, but new merchandise is still full steam ahead! On our latest visit to the attraction’s gift shop, EnginEAR Souvenirs, we spotted new figurines and pins celebrating the Runnamuck Railroad, including a pin for the attraction’s surrounding, newly-reimagined land — Mickey’s Toontown.

Mickey’s Toontown Pin – $14.99

Mickey Mouse rests his hand on a wooden welcome sign in this latest pin commemorating the reimagined Mickey’s Toontown. The new Mickey’s Toontown pin is a perfect match to the new look of the updated Mickey’s Toontown sign hanging off the Disneyland Railroad bridge, which was updated earlier this year during the reimagining of the land.

Like the sign, the new Disneyland pin features a new design for the Toontown lettering, paying homage to Mickey Mouse and other beloved and classic Disney characters.

“T” features a Mickey silhouette with his trademark red shorts. “O” has a red top and bottom with bold in the middle, a bonnet flanking the center hole, and a visible orange flower in homage to Clarabelle Cow. The second “O” resembles Donald Duck’s clothes, with a blue button-down shirt and orange at the bottom for his webbed feet. And the “N” is for Goofy, with his trademark hat, orange for his shirt, and blue for his pants.

On the second half, we have a yellow “T” with a green stripe and paw print to represent Pluto, another “O” with purple, pink, and a bow to represent Daisy Duck, “W” made of brown with a black-and-white stripe and one red dot to represent Chip ‘n’ Dale, and finally the second “N” for Minnie Mouse, complete with her bow and silhouette.

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway Date Night Pin – $14.99

“Best Date Night Ever” claims this new Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway pin. Below the lettering, Mickey Mouse serenades Minnie while Pluto proudly hangs onto the basket paying homage to the attraction’s “Perfect Picnic.” The Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway marquee signage can be seen shimmering in the night backdrop, surrounded by small stars and fireworks.

New Pins and Figurines - Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway - Mickey's Toontown - Disneyland 00007

This set of seven collectible figures features Mickey and the gang in their contemporary TV ‘toon designs. Each figure is especially sculpted to honor the characters’ appearances aboard Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway.

A mostly black Goofy dons a blue vest and engineer’s cap as he waves to guests. Just beside him, an angry black-and-white Pete dons an orange safety vest and a mean mug.

Donald Duck comes marching along as part of this Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway collectible figures set, as well.

While the rest of the characters have been known for decades, Chuuby is the only character in the set that exclusively appears within the attraction. The iconic orange cartoon Chuuby bird figurine sits on top of a stack of wooden crates. Next to Chuuby, a fierce-looking Daisy Duck figurine is also included.

The Mickey Mouse sculpted figure shows the beloved Disney character running after the wayward train with his arm waving for Goofy to stop. Minnie Mouse features her red dress with white polka dots, a red hat with a flower extending from the top, and yellow shoes to match.

Each collectible figurine stands three-and-a-half inches tall. The Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway collectible figure set is also available at
