Disneyland Resort has revealed a new Halloween sipper that will be available starting on September 5 (the first day of Oogie Boogie Bash). The sipper is inspired by Minnie Mouse’s “Hocus Pocus” Winifred Sanderson costume.

‘Hocus Pocus’ Minnie as Winnie Sipper

Minnie Mouse debuted this look along with Daisy and Clarabelle as the other two Sanderson Sisters at Oogie Boogie Bash last year. It hasn’t been announced if they will return this year, but they are appearing during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom.

Minnie wears the same green and purple outfit with black shoes as Winnie does in “Hocus Pocus.” The underskirt on the sipper lights up green. The sipper includes a purple strap featuring images of green gems and gold symbols.

The sipper straw is in her tall orange hair and the light’s button is on the back of her green cloak. See the sipper in action in Disney’s TikTok video:

Disneyland Resort announced with the release of their full Halloween food guide that the Minnie as Winnie sipper will be at the following locations:

• At Disneyland park: Galactic Grill, The Golden Horseshoe, Harbour Galley, Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, Little Red Wagon, Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante, Red Rose Taverne, Refreshment Corner, and Stage Door Café 
• At Disney California Adventure park: Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta, Chiller at Paradise Gardens Park, Fairfax Market, Mortimers Market, Paradise Garden Grill, Smokejumpers Grill, and Studio Catering Co.

There will be a limit of two per person, per transaction and no discounts apply.

Oogie Boogie Bash

Oogie Boogie Bash — A Disney Halloween Party takes place in Disney California Adventure each fall. Historically, the party has included attractions such as Villains Grove, the Headless Horseman, Frightfully Fun Parade, treat trails, Mickey’s Trick and Treat dance party, and photo opportunities. All lands within the park remain open during the Halloween Party, including Avengers Campus.

Unique meet-and-greet opportunities include various Disney Villains. Other past meet and greets included Clarabelle, Daisy, and Minnie posing as the Sanderson Sisters from “Hocus Pocus,” Bruno from “Encanto,” King Mickey and Donald from Kingdom Hearts, and Hercules.

Oogie Boogie Bash was sold out by mid-July, although resellers tried to sell tickets for up to $2,000 on eBay and similar sites.

Admission to this event allows guests to enjoy Disney California Adventure for up to three hours before Oogie Boogie Bash — A Disney Halloween Party begins, so ticketed guests may enter as early as 3:00 p.m. without any additional park tickets or reservations. The party itself runs for five hours, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with special Halloween-themed entertainment, attractions, character greetings, and more. Regular day guests will be ushered out of the park at 6:00 p.m.

Parking can be purchased upon arrival or in advance. It can get crowded in arrival areas, so it’s recommended to arrive roughly 90 minutes early to get through the lines and into the party itself.
