This funnel cake uses the pink Mexican sweet bread and whipped topping to create a Mickey head. The whipped cream has a lot of rainbow sprinkles.
Under the Mexican sweet bread, the funnel cake is drizzled with cinnamon-chocolate sauce.
The funnel cake is well-cooked, puffy, and served golden brown.
We thought this was absolutely delicious. The cinnamon chocolate sauce is excellent with the perfectly made funnel cake. The concha (or Mexican sweet bread) on top, is sweet and light and adds an extra sweet treat to the dish.
We would recommend this Cinnamon Chocolate Mexican Sweet Bread Funnel Cake if you’re heading to Disneyland. We thought it was a great addition to the Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month offerings at Disneyland.
