- If you’re hoping to go to EPCOT for New Year’s Eve 2023, you may need to park hop if you haven’t already secured a park pass for that evening, as most ticket types are already unable to make park reservations for that day.
- The annual Christmas tree featuring references to the various World Showcase pavilions has arrived at EPCOT.
- The screen-based Anna and Elsa animatronics on Frozen Ever After at EPCOT recently experienced an interesting malfunction where their faces disappeared and were replaced with black screens.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Annoyed about being stopped at Disney’s Hollywood Studios bag check, one tourist pulled out her lingerie from her bag and waved it around, loudly asking a security guard, “Do you want to see my bra?” (The security guard didn’t.)
- If you’re looking to upgrade your meal at Disney’s Hollywood Studios with a festive touch, Backlot Express has two returning menu items for the season: the red velvet whoopie pie and frozen salted caramel hot cocoa.
- Part of the new Disney Jollywood Nights hard-ticket event at Disney’s Hollywood Studios offers exclusive dining experiences, including Jazzy Holidays at the Hollywood Brown Derby. We were there to try everything on the menu.

Disneyland Resort
- At the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) Expo, Disney announced that the “Avatar” experience coming to Disneyland Resort will be at Disney California Adventure.
- Later the same day, Disneyland Resort officials stated that there was “no announcement made” regarding the location of the future Avatar experience.
- Disneyland Resort announced a few special food items, as well as a souvenir Life Day spork, coming to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in honor of the “Star Wars” holiday this year.
- Disney ¡Viva Navidad! Street Party returned to Disney California Adventure on November 10 as holiday festivities commenced across Disneyland Resort.
- Give your favorite beverage some festive flair with this new Chip & Dale Holiday Straw Clip that recently snuck its way into Disneyland Resort.
- After we got our first real look at the new stage in Downtown Disney District last week, it is now open and hosting performers to entertain guests in the evening.
- A new Holiday Olaf Bottle Topper has arrived at Disneyland Resort to coincide with the start of the holiday season at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure on November 10.
- A new retro-inspired Disney100 Mickey Mouse View-Master 3-D is now available at Disneyland Resort.
- It looks as though Disneyland Resort Magic Key holders have made the nice list this year, as a new Magic Key-exclusive Holiday Stainless Steel Tumbler has debuted at Disneyland Resort.

Disney Cruise Line
- A Mickey Mouse Toy Soldier sipper is now available aboard Disney Cruise Line ships, instead of the popcorn bucket version available at the Disney Parks.
- Today, November 13, 2023, Disney celebrated their new terminal at their permanent cruise port location at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Entertainment and Media
- Disney Parks shared a video on Instagram of the beloved character of Figment at the headquarters of Walt Disney Studios, teasing the Figment movie we first heard about over a year ago.
- The last of the cards in Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn have been revealed via the game’s app.
