It looks as though Disneyland Resort Magic Key holders have made the nice list this year, as a new Magic Key-exclusive Holiday Stainless Steel Tumbler has debuted at Disneyland Resort. Magic Key Holiday Stainless Steel Tumbler – $27.99
Includes choice of fountain beverage at time of purchase
The sparkling turquoise tumbler is made of stainless steel and features artwork of a holiday exchange between Mickey and Minnie. The two sit on a pale teal oval in their holiday best; Mickey is dressed as Santa, complete with a hefty red coat, Santa hat, and thick black belt, while Minnie is dressed as Mrs. Claus, with her festive outfit featuring holly emerging from the brim of her hat.
The two sit around a bag of gifts. Minnie is holding a red and green snow globe that contains a depiction of Sleeping Beauty Castle in its center. The Magic Key and Disneyland Resort logos are printed beneath Minnie in red type, while “Merry Christmas” is arched above her in red and white cursive font.
Ribbons are spread out on the ground behind Mickey and Minnie. A large Toy Solider from A Christmas Fantasy Parade peers over Mickey’s shoulder; it’s holding a marching drum and a wrapped gift. A popcorn bucket showcasing Mickey in a Toy Solider outfit is also available for purchase at Disneyland Resort throughout this year’s holiday season.
Small gingerbread men appear across the mug amongst red-and-green Mickey-centered snowflakes.
The tumbler’s lid is clear plastic with a slide-and-sip design. The plastic piece that protects the lid’s opening is black and has a Mickey head etched into it.
Documentation on the bottom of the tumbler confirms that it is not dishwasher- or microwave-safe.
A turquoise lanyard is attached to a removable red ring that sits around the top of the tumbler. The lanyard and ring initially come wrapped inside the cup.
The lanyard features the Magic Key and Disneyland Resort logos in a striking red hue. Snowflake icons surround the logos; some are plain white, while others are multi-colored and contain Mickey heads.
There are several ways to celebrate the holidays at Disneyland Resort. In Disneyland Park, “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” is performed twice a day. At night is the “Believe… In Holiday Magic” nighttime spectacular. The “it’s a small world” Holiday overlay has returned. Haunted Mansion Holiday remains open.
At Disney California Adventure is the Festival of Holidays featuring the Mickey’s Happy Holidays cavalcade and the festive foods marketplace. Disney ¡Viva Navidad! celebrates Three Kings’ Day and other Latino traditions with a street party.
Special holiday food and beverage items and merchandise collections are available throughout Disneyland Resort. The holiday season officially runs through January 7, 2024.
